Job Description:
• Effective management of 3PL, freight forwarders and subcontractors
• Ensure that 3PL understand and accept customers’ guidelines and requirements for all logistics operations and review 3PL’s KPI performance
• Setting KPI for service providers, work with sales and customer service terms to set and align standards for order delivery, claim settlement and returns
• Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing and delivery frequency
• Ensure efficient inventory management control by analysing and monitoring stock levels proactively and work with the Sales/Production teams to minimise stock holding
• Review framework, processes and standards, address gaps and ensure implementation for optimal inventory holding
• Review and implement strategic logistics solutions to achieve cost efficiency in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in managing 3PL and freight providers will be advantageous
