• Coordinate meetings, scheduling of appointments, travel and hotel arrangements for commercial office staff
• Coordinate overseas guests’ visits
• Handle office administration matters such as ordering of office supplies, distribution of mails and inter-office communication
• Maintain proper filing, correspondences and records
• Handling supply contracts signing and archiving with suppliers
• Organize company events
• Support admin colleagues at refinery
