Job Description:
Our client is a Financial Institution, looking for telemarketer to join them.
Job Responsibilities
– Perform outbound calls to target prospective SMEs clients on Business financing products and solutions.
– Build rapport and maintain good relationship with customers for sales team to follow up on sales opportunities.
– Coordinate and schedule appointments for Sales Manager with clients
– Create and maintain accurate information of database
Job Requirements
– Minimum ‘O’ Level Professional Certificates/ NITEC
– At least 2 years of working experience
– Preferably experienced in Sales – Telesales/ Telemarketing or equivalent
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Diligent and independent
– Training and coaching will be provided
