Job Description:
Responsibilities:
– Support local HR Shared Services team in HR Administrative activities
– Maintain organisation’s employees’ database
– Generation of HR reports
– Attend to all incoming HR related queries
– Manage on-boarding and off-boarding activities
– Responsible in work pass application process
– Participate in any HR projects when necessary
Requirement:
– Candidate should preferably possess a Degree or Diploma in Business Management/Human Resources or any other professional qualifications
– Brings along at least 1 year of experience in a HR related function
– A team player
– Able to adapt into a fast paced environment
