Job Responsibilities:
Sourcing engineering parts
Evaluating suppliers, products, and services and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality
Establish programs for developing supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance management / feedback
Planning for the purchase and managing of parts under JIT, stocking and VMI programs
Develop and implement effective cost management programs to deliver optimized Total Cost of Ownership and continuous cost improvement
Manages delivery control to ensure order fulfilment and timely deliveries

Job Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
At least 5 years’ experience in procurement environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle EBS
Good understanding of manufacturing process/system
Resourceful, good initiative and avid learner
Possess good negotiation skill
Willing to travel
