Job Description
Our esteemed client from healthcare industry is looking for Patient Service Associate.
Responsibilities:
• Handle patient registration
• Appointment booking/ rescheduling
• Provide financial counselling to patients
• Assist patient with Queuing system
• Attend to enquiries from patients
• Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
• Min NITEC/ Diploma in any field
• Min 1 year of working experience in customer service
• Relevant experience in healthcare industry is preferred
• Able to work under high pressure and fast pace environment
