Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible to provide technical support to end users. Assist in hardware and software technical installation and issues.
Assist on deployment of device onsite.
Responsible on the hardware and software installation of system and device
Provide advice and onsite assistance to end users related to the system.
Follow up on the progress of all outstanding issues.
Support and troubleshoot to resolve technical issues pertaining to system and device.
Escalate specific requests to next level for immediate attention and resolutions
Support the project implementations, as when required.
Perform other IT related duties when assigned

Job Requirements:
ITE in Electronics & Computer Engineering / IT
Experience in providing IT support and hardware installations
