Key Responsibilities:

• Handling of AP
• New vendor creation
• Vendor invoice verification and handling
• Freight forwarder invoice handling
• Travel and expense claim handling
• Payment preparation and handling
• Petty cash handling
• Handling of AR
• New customer creation
• Sales invoice and customer receipts handling
• Monitoring of AR and related correspondence with sales department
• Credit note issuing
• GL related tasks
• Generating accrual list at year end
• Filling in audit confirmation form
• Bank reconciliation handling Job Requirements:
• Well organized. keeps deadlines
• Good communicator and motivator
• Honest character. hands-on and down-to-earth. needs to like doing things him/herself
• Flexible. independent working style Friendly. positive & op& minded behavior. loyal and honest attitude
• Willingness to actively support and drive process improvements
• Minimum 0 Level/LCCI Diploma in Accounting with minimum 5 years of experience
