Job Description:
• Collate data to be presented in the monthly operations meeting
• Promote and support continual education among the Operation staffs • Direct and manage the financial and administrative aspects of Mobile Health Services
• Streamline operations and review resources to improve efficiency, utilization and service delivery
• Responsible for recruitment, welfare, appraisal, deployment, training and development of all operations staff
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor Degree with 4 years of managerial position whom is strong in operation
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills for heading multiple teams and meeting tight deadlines.
