Job Description:
The individual in this position is responsible for providing administrative support to distributors and subsidiaries in ASEAN and South Asia.Responsibilities:
Ensures accurate and timely processing of customer orders of parts sales from distributors and subsidiaries
Receives orders and customers’ POs from distributors and subsidiaries
Checks for correct prices, discounts, product numbers & stock availability
Inputs the orders received into the system and gets approval on all documents
Confirm payment terms
Arranges shipment for customer orders
Coordinate with forwarders and arrange appropriate shipping arrangements according to customers’ delivery requirements
Completes relevant documentation e.g. letters of credit, invoices
Sends shipping instructions & follows up on customer shipment
Instructs warehouse by sending shipping instructions
Requirements:
GCE ‘O’ level/Diploma
At least 2 years of shipping and logistics experience
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel
