Responsibilities:
– Attending to visitors
– Handling all enquiries
– Processing payments and invoices
– Answering phone calls and emails
– Other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
– Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels
– Training is provided
– Able to commit to shift hours (inclusive of overnight shift) will be preferred
– Customer-service oriented
