• Travel arrangement
• Pick up/ send mail
• Schedule appointments
• Keep office clean
• General admin duties

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma. Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s), working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must be able to speak and write Chinese languages as this position are required to liaise with mandarin speaking superiors from Hong Kong and China.
