Job Description
Our client, an A1 Main Contractor is looking for candidates for the position of Planning Manager.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Construction Planning, Scheduling and Tracking of projects
Coordinate with Clients and Consultants
Coordinate with QS Section on progress claims
Monthly Cash flow, Projection & Monitoring
Mentor planning engineers for daily, weekly, Monthly reports
Highlight to the Project Team any potential delay and risk
Claim and delay analysis

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Architecture or any other relevant field
2 project experience in substructure and high rise buildings
Familiar with temporary works & temporary facilities
Able to understand structural design concepts and integration for optimazation of construction
Able to work out construction sequence and timelines. Ability in Ms project and primavera is optional
