Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am-6pm
Salary: $1500-1800
Duration: 6 months

Job Description:
• Manage the day-to-day running and setting up of surveys on company’s survey platform
• Coordinate with translation agency for fulfillment of survey translations services
• Manage newsletters to be sent to the survey community panel
• Handle procurement for prizes, handle logistics for prize claims and delivery, audit for lucky draw (including proper documentations for audit requests)
• Coordinate with company’s appointed survey agency to follow up on member queries
• Handle procurement and admin duties including the invoicing and publishing of quotations and tenders on company’s procurement portal
• Execute email and SMS campaigns, liaise with company tenants and put together the content to be sent to members
• Training coordination and administration duties for the division. including the distribution of supplies
• IT coordination and administration for the division
• Other ad-hoc projects and administration duties, as required
