Job Description
Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers, including managing calendars, making travel arrangements and organizing meeting. The role will contribute to the efficiency of business by providing personalized and timely support to Executive and management team.
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, and other external partners, answering phones, e-mail or other contact channel and taking messages.
Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings & agenda
Making travel and accommodation arrangements and all related expenses claim
Organizing, helping and preparing for meetings. Taking minutes during meetings
Organize and maintain the office filing system
Format information for internal and external communication as needed in a timely and accurate manner – memos, emails, presentations, reports
Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by Executive and management team.
Provide general administrative support.
Maintain of SharePoint for collation of information / materials for management meeting

Job Requirements:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
In-depth understanding of MS Office, Teams.
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities. Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to multi-task at times when supporting both VPs from different BA
