In this role, you will:
Learn the art of solution selling, client and candidate management, business negotiation.
Develop knowledge in engineering related job functions and industry awareness.
Understanding job requirements and outlining job descriptions.
Leverage modern and traditional methods of candidate sourcing, i.e.: online job portals, social recruiting media, applicant tracking systems, & etc.
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews.
Shortlisting and profiling candidates to clients.
Coordinate interview arrangements, perform pre and post-interview briefings.
Present job offer to candidates and closing of sales.
Meeting individual sales and KPI target.
What you will need:
Diploma or Degree qualification
Prior working experience preferably in sales or recruitment
Determined in developing a professional sales career
Good communication, interpersonal skills, good business acumen
Positive working attitude, self-driven and great team player
