• Morning shift: 9.30am – 6.30pm OR 10am – 7pm
• Afternoon shift: 1pm – 10pm
• Mid shift: 12pm – 9pm
• $1800 to $2200 nego + Allowances

Job Responsibilities:
Administration of lucky draws, in mall promotion redemptions, bank partner redemptions and reward redemption for loyalty program;
Attend to shoppers’ queries, feedback and complaints
Sale of tickets; other services such as gift wrapping, Sales and top up of cash card
Sales of Gift Certs and rental of Kiddy carts
Team accountability includes achieving sales target for agent commission and gift vouchers,
Be mall ambassadors by providing exemplary customer services with compliments from shoppers
Undertakes ad hoc projects and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Shift Allowance: $20.00 per month
Laundry Allowance: $65.00 per month
Working Hours:
Morning shift: 9.30am – 6.30pm OR 10am – 7pm

Job requirements:
Min GCE ‘O’ Level
Enthusiastic and service-oriented individual with a friendly and pleasant personality
Vigilant, alert with a keen eye for details
Are able to converse fluently
Willing to work on weekends and shifts
Excellent team worker
