Job Description:
• Answering enquiries from CusCare hotline.
• Processing email enquiries.
• Calling customers to follow up on payment issues.
Requirements:
• Minimum Educational Qualifications: GCE “A”/Diploma holder in Business related discipline.
• Good communication skills.
• Prior experience working in a Call Centre or in Debt Collection preferred.
Salary Range: $1800 – $2500 (with completion bonus)
Working Hours: 8.30am — 6pm
Working location: Bukit Merah
Contract Duration: 1 Year
