Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for generating sales and business development activities through market research, networking and cold-calling
Negotiate contracts with clients
Hold key client accounts and designate placement jobs within the team and facilitate coordination across the company
Analyse client’s needs and tailor recruitment process

Job Qualifications & Experience:
Excellent experience as talent acquisition, with some exposure to a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, target-oriented and sales-focused, with good follow-up skills
Prior experience in managing a sales team is a plus but not a must
Possess an exuberant spirit with the ability to work in a team while striving for individual excellence
Enjoy managing accounts and building relationships with clients
Possesses the right attitude and passion towards recruitment a must
Solid relationship skills required
