Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibility:
Perform software and application support related duties assigned by Team Manager/ Lead
Participate in the support and change requests (CR) of existing Cloud-SaaS and On-premise applications
Work closely with product and turnkey teams on application deployment, troubleshooting and support issues/ bug fixes
Perform periodical performance tuning of application and cloud infrastructure
Develop/ implement tools to improve and automate processes, improve scalability, deployability, and overall productivity
On-the-job training/mentoring and ample opportunities for professional training and certification will be provided
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
Experience with .NET 8.0 / 9.0 is required.
Minimum 3 years experience in web programming solutions using ASP.NET, C#, AJAX, Web Service, MS SQL Database, SQL Reporting Service and/or Crystal Report
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Front-End Framework (Angular JS, Angular Framework), NET Core Framework, Entity Framework, Microservice Architecture, ABP Framework.
Good understanding of OOP, 3-tier development and enterprise architecture
Good understanding of Backend Application Programming Interface (API) workflow.
Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies/DevOps.
Developing and maintaining documentation.
Experience with unit testing.
