Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Operate the process to meet the conditions specified in manuals/instructions.
• Operate the process equipment at site in accordance with operation plan.
• Take measures to improve production status and equipment performance on productivity and quality after approval of Shift Senior Technician
• Patrol plant process, confirm the condition of process and equipment, and report disordered matter to Senior Shift Technicians.
• Prepare and organised patrol records.
• Take a sampling for analysis of products and process evaluation.
• Report all incidents, near misses, deviation from plan and take part in further investigation when required.
• Assist in coordination of daily maintenance planning, and participate in maintenance activities and shutdown/start-up of sections.
• Provide support for maintenance group /quality control group, if any problem arises.
• Other ad hoc when assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements:
• Diploma or NITEC in Chemical engineering or equivalent.
• Possess basic knowledge of maintenance, chemical engineering and analytical procedures.
