Roles & Responsibilities
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Home Visits Per Day: Typically 3–4 homes, depending on patient load
On-Call Requirement: None on weekdays
Job Scope:
Make home visits to provide nursing care to terminally ill patients
Manage care plans and coordinate with doctors and social workers
Support patients and families with end-of-life care needs
Key Requirements:
Must be ICU- or Palliative Care-trained
Home care experience preferred
