Roles & Responsibilities
PURPOSE:
Project Management Role to deploy global standard ERP system (D365) and related solutions to Asia Pacific Operation entities and standardize the business processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
Project Management of new ERP implementation project: Plan development, budget management, progress tracking, risk management, status update to key stakeholders, vendor management.
Develop and manage project governance including steering committee meetings, sponsor meetings, project team meetings, status reports, etc.
Ensuring quality and timely delivery for all project deliverables
Identifying and governing process management considerations critical to the success of the project
Monitoring potential Implementation project risks, opportunities, and issues that may impact the project
Ensuring quality and timely delivery for all project deliverables.
Performing project team management, driving motivation, collaboration, and performance.
Continually identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating project risks and issues
Facilitate collaboration among multiple workstreams’ project managers and PICs and manage overall progress across Singapore and OpCos.
Drive accountability and deliver project success
Develop reports and materials to update AP project status to AP senior management, and periodically report the progress status to project leader and other relevant stakeholders.
Co-ordinate and facilitate end user training and UAT sessions and prepare materials for those.
Provide guidance, best practices, and procedures to deliver the solution.
Work with other team members to fulfil requirements.
Research and review new technologies for applicability to solutions within the field of practice.
Identify and suggest improvement opportunities.
Support colleagues in subject matter knowledge and ways of working.
Be available for and suggest peer reviews of yours and others’ work.
Be available for and suggest evaluation of lessons learned from tasks and activities.
Independently and as a team, resolve incidents, requests, and activities with the objective to provide the best-in-class end-user support. Support and perform defect and root cause analysis.
Travelling might be required
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
Degree in Business Management/Science
PMP (or similar) holder preferred
Managing at least one (or more) large scale multiple countries ERP implementations, preferable of Dynamics 365.
Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated work experience in ERP technologies.
Strong knowledge and experience in project management
Basic knowledge of system development methods
Azure and D365 product knowledge
Good presentation and communication skills to effectively present information to various stakeholders in the organisation.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed
Experience in managing different stakeholders with good influencing & negotiating skills
Experience in facilitating and co-ordinating end user training and UAT sessions, and preparation of materials for those.
An effective team player who is self-driven, able to work independently within a fast-paced environment under tight deadline and able to manage ambiguity
Excellent interpersonal at all levels and ability to work in multicultural workplace
Dynamic, highly analytical, with excellent problem-solving skills
A team player with initiative and excellent interpersonal skills
Written and verbal communication; Fluency in English to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders
Well versed in MS-Office and M-S Project
Experience in dealing with ISVs
