Job Responsibilities:
Provide secretarial and general administrative support
Taking minutes of meeting, schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, and handling of incoming emails, faxes and letters
Screen incoming calls, assist on documentations, and collate reports and presentations
Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
Minimum 2 year(s) of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position
Able to start immediately or short notice is an added advantage
