Roles & Responsibilities
We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to drive growth and brand visibility in a highly competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Execution
Plan, develop, and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms to drive patient acquisition and brand engagement.
Social Media & Content Marketing
Manage and grow our presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Craft compelling content that educates, inspires, and converts.
Performance Marketing
Oversee paid media efforts (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads), optimize ad performance, and track ROI to achieve measurable results.
Brand & Clinic Promotions
Conceptualize in-clinic promotions, referral programs, and partnerships that increase foot traffic and client retention.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze marketing KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Creative Direction & Collateral Development
Collaborate with designers and vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials (flyers, EDMs, banners, videos).
Event Management
Support the planning and execution of patient events, pop-ups, influencer collaborations, and PR initiatives.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the aesthetics, wellness, or beauty industry
Strong command of written and spoken English
Proficient in social media marketing, digital advertising, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe suite)
Data-driven and results-oriented with strong attention to detail
Independent, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to life
Prior experience in content creation, influencer marketing or clinic promotions is a plus
