Roles & Responsibilities
The Staff Nurse (SN) provides direct patient care to residents in a long-term care/nursing home facility. The RN ensures the highest quality of care is provided in accordance with nursing home policies, MOH and SNB regulations, and the individualized care plans of residents
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with SNB.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
Current CPR/BCLS certification.
Previous experience in geriatrics, long-term care, or a nursing home setting preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights if required.
