Job Descriptions:
• Plan and run occupational rehab therapy services
• Plan and conduct group therapy programme
• Conduct assessments during admission and periodic reviews
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions
• Understand about dementia issues and manage them
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
• Possess at least a diploma in Occupational Therapy
• Registered with AHPC
• Preferable with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Experienced in community setting would be a plus
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
