Job Responsibilities:
– Focus on content management for web portal and mobile application, while assisting with administrative and technical support for our homebuyer e- services. Focus of work is 70% on mobile app and 30% on portal.
– Maintain and update digital content on web portal app.
– Provide support on user interface enhancement and implementation work
– Regular monitoring of web traffic engagement and online surveys
– Handling of customer enquiries
– Provide support for any duties as assigned, eg, engagement activities/ events.
Job Requirements:
– Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or IT related industry
– Basic understanding of cloud services such as Share-point, Office 365 and Amazon Web Services would be an added advantage
– Basic knowledge of web analytics such Google Analytics and Survey Monkey would be an added advantage
– Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro DC or other similar editing tools would be an added advantage.
– Pleasant disposition and well groomed
– Good written and communication skills
– Good problem-solving skills
– Good organizational skills
