Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Planning & Development Group has functions of regulatory affairs and various researches.
Food/ Food additives Regulatory affairs
Check regulatory compliances of our products and raw materials (CODEX, EU, USA, APAC, etc.), and create reports with an opinion.
Market Research – Gather information of food industry and make reports to find and share food market trends.
Patent Research – Conduct search of related patents to check technological trends, patentability and infringement
Raw Materials Exploitation – To find new/alternative raw materials
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Chemistry Biological Sciences, Food Sciences
Minimum 3 years of working experience in regulatory affairs in the food industry
Some working experience in QA
Good knowledge of food/ food additives regulations
Strong interest in learning and studying various countries’ food/food additives regulations
High flexibility and adaptability
Quick learner of new concepts in different areas
Ability to analyse issues and express perspectives
Ability to manage complexities
Good team player
Knowledge in IT software
Presentation skills
