Job Description:
• Oversee and manage the HR team
• Ensure that the HR strategies and policies, system, work processes and structure are aligned with the organization’s goals
• Perform performance management exercise, salary review competency review, bonus exercise and compensation structure
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders from other departments to meet recruitment objectives
Requirements:
• Possess at least a Degree in any discipline
• 5 years of experience in Human Resource
• Knowledgeable on Singapore Employment Laws and Regulations
