Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify and monitor monthly income and collections
• Arrears Management
• Prepare annual budget which includes the routine income and expenditure budget
• Prepare, check and review monthly and yearly reconciliation statements of accounts
• Prepare overhead and capital expenditure statements, income and expenditure statement and balance sheet
• Office administration and staff management
Key Requirements:
• Minimally a Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Preferably with at least five years of relevant experience in Accounting and Staff Management
• Analytical and able to withstand stress
• Experience in leading a team will be required as this is a management position
• Able to work on alternate Saturdays (half day)
