Job Description:
Our client, an established M&E contractor is looking for candidates for the positions of Electrical Quantity Surveyor.
Responsibilities:
– VO negotiation with subcontractor and supplier
– Estimation according to the engineering instruction from client
– Ensure drawing update after receiving RFI and engineering instruction
– Evaluation of subcontractor progress and supplying materials to subcontractor
– Inventory control of piping and ducting materials supplied
Requirements:
– Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
– Minimum 2 years of relevant Commercial, Building, Civil project exposure.
– Experienced in both Pre and Post Contracts
