Job Description:

Responsibilities:
– Assist in daily running of the call center’s operations
– Ensuring a professional and high quality service experience
– Coordinate with Regional Offices on arrangement of cabins & transportation.
– Manage all service issues in a timely and professional manner and escalate accordingly where required

Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/”O” Level, any field.
– At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
position
– Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
– Full-Time position(s) available.
