Responsibilities:
Handle inbound call on enquiries, booking, cancellation, etc__
To provide suggestions to assist with bookings
Communicate with internal and external clients via calls, emails, faxes
Requirements:
– Experience in customer service or relevant role will be an added advantage
– Able to speak English and Korean, as required to liaise with Korean-speaking clients
– Able to work independently and in a team
– Comfortable working shift hours
