Job Description
Sales development:
Achieve the annual and the mid-term goals in terms of the sales and profit.
Follow up the sales & technical enquiries/quotations from customers/distributors.
Suggest the improvement of the sales activities in our team
Collaborate internally with our colleagues in the world to find the solutions and optimize opportunities to capture and maximize sales revenue.
Catch up with the customer’s projects and give the necessary support to realize the business.
Investigate and find solutions for any regulatory issues that might arise.
Report on the sales and business opportunities, and any issues that might arise.

Marketing:
Develop and execute the business plans/strategy for the development of personal care business for ASEAN, Oceania and India.
Identify the need of the customer and work with the internal/external teams to create the proposals and resolve any issues that will address the customer’s project, needs, and objectives.
Make use of DX to improve the communication with customers/distributors.
Conduct market research and surveys for cosmetic products relating to concepts, trends, and market size and relay such information to Sales and Technical team.
Liaise with Exhibition organizers, booth contractors, transporter, local distributors for all pre and post exhibition & webinar preparations.
Arrange brochures/samples/promotional materials for sales activities.
Create the market trend and technical presentation for sales activities.
Supply and demand management:
Coordinate/monitor all orders and requests from customers/distributors closely.
Decide and explain the allocation of the stock to each customers/distributor. Close communication with the sales manager is necessary.
Follow up and compile sales reports and forecasts from customers/distributors.
Check the compliance of the regulatory issue for the warehouse and logistics.
Manage and support the third-party warehouse company.
Others
Conduct the proactive proposal and prompt action when we have the uncertain things.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Process Technology (in industrial chemistry) or any chemistry study related disciples is preferred.
Possess at least 5 years related working experience in personal care industry in developing formulation for personal care products and sales of personal care ingredients.
Experience and knowledge in Trading terms will be added advantage.
Good knowledge in amino acids will be added advantage
Possess basic knowledge and experience of cosmetics ingredients.
Willing to travel during non-pandemic time.
