Job Description:
The Job:
• Prepare full set of accounts including GL, AR and AP
• Responsible for updating bank matters including bank reconciliation, banking of cash and cheques
• Processing payments and billings
• Preparation and submission of GST and other periodic tax returns
• Prepare audit schedules and coordinate yearend audit
• Liaise with other departments/vendors
• Other ad-hoc duties, assignment and projects as assigned
The Candidate:
• At least a Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent.
• M. 2 year of relevant experience (Full Set Accounts).
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in Navision Account System
