Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions:
recruitment, interviewing, appointment, resignation/termination training and development
engagement and retention
performance management
compensation and benefits
job descriptions, personal files and database
permit and pass applications
HR and personal data protection policies, SOPs, employee handbook
manpower-related surveys (MOM, DOS, MOH, MSF, AIC, NCSS etc)
Training-related funding applications (WDA, VCF, SDF etc)

Job Requirements:
Min Degree in Human Resource or any related field of study
Min 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
Good understanding of Singapore employment and personal data protection legislations
Good interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
Highly motivated and results driven
