Job Description:
• Full spectrum of HR duties
• Handle staff recruitment, on-boarding & off-boarding
• Process of work pass applications, renewals & cancellations
• Implement HR processes, policy writing & HR handbook
• Review and propose staff compensation & benefits
• Maintaining personal & leave records
• Payroll processing and other related matters eg. CPF submissions, Tax Clearance for foreign hires leaving the Company, reporting of staff remuneration to IRAS under Auto-Inclusion Scheme
• Well versed in Singapore Employment Act. CPF Act & Income Tax Act.
• Administrative duties (Office & Retail)
• Any HR & Admin related ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Retail Fashion Recruitment or Payroll will be advantage.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Flexible, meticulous, organised and pro-active
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
