Job Responsibilities:
– To provide post-sales customer service support / troubleshooting support through live chats & emails to the client’s B2B customers.
– Work closely with our partners to support our advertising customers and deliver consultative support and education on our client’s products
– Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and the customer experience

Job Requirements:
– Min. Diploma/Degree in any field of study
– Prior 1 year of CS experience
– Experienced in handling live chat/web chat/chat bots/emails support will be advantageous
– Able to communicate effectively in English
