Working Location: Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal
Working hours : 5.5 day, week
Weekdays (Monday to Friday) — Can’t choose shift, will arrange by HR
Shift A : 07.00 —15.45 or
Shift B : 0’3.15 — 18.00
Break time: 45 min
Weekends 1 shift : 07.00 —11.00
Duties:
• Enjoys reservations sales and customer service
• Handle enquiries
• Process reservations, modifications and cancellations for golf club via telephone and emails from guests & agents
• Able to understand product attributes, benefits and policies, and promote and upsell accordingly, eg. Room types, location, layout and packages, guaranteed reservations, no-shows, golf courses, selling tactics, etc.
• Process Group Reservations and logistics
• Monitoring and recording payment (cheque, credit card etc)
• Provide customer service and engage golfers during checking-in at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal
• Prepare reports
• Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Prerequisites:
• Minimum GCE ‘0’ level certificate holder.
• Able to work on weekend/PH & on rotational shifts
• Relevant hotel or travel industry experience is desired
• Proficient in MS Office
