Job Description
Contract Period – 3 months Extendable.
Monday to Friday: 830am to 530pm
Salary up to 2.5k
Location: Braddell/TPY
Job scope:
• Assist in preparing monthly reports, data entry of staff Annual Leave, Medical Leave applications.
• Provide administrative support for HR Department, including create P-file in HR system and data maintenance
• Handle general office administrative duties, answering phone calls made to HR department, scanning of documents, maintain proper recoding & filing.
• Perform other ad-hoc role duties as and when required
