Job Description
Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Customer Service Executive.

Job Scope:
Shipment handling, booking, documentation and data entry.
Handling of shipping instructions, overseas agents, and contractors.
Coordinate with customers regarding shipments.
Provide customer service and invoicing to customers.
Ensure smooth flow of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Liaise with hauliers / freight forwarders on import / export shipments.
Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties.

Requirement:
Minimum ‘O’ level or Nitec in Logistics.
Proficient in MS office.
At least 1 years of working experience in related field.
