Job Description:
Responsibilities
Driving sales activities to connect with new clients to identify market needs and maintain business relationships.
Develop and follow up on new sales leads.
Demonstrate understanding of prospect and client’s nature of business and in-depth requirements.
Managing client’s expectations from the start of sales process to implementation.
Meet monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including sales targets.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess min. a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
At least 2 years recruitment experience in Banking/ Financial Services/ Insurance (BFSI) sector
Sales-driven with positive mind set and a good team player
