Job Description:
Our client is looking to hire a Risk Manager to support ongoing construction activities in one of the MEGA Projects in Singapore.
• Conduct group meetings/ risk workshops to interview/ to seek risk owner’s validation of risks and controls articulated.
• Advise on the comprehensiveness of risks identified. appropriateness of risk response strategies, adequacy of corresponding controls to prevent, detect and response to risks, appropriateness of KRIs, and recommend refinement to controls.
• Conduct the required trainings seminars and awareness & communication workshops when needed..
• Identify, analyse, treat, monitor and report on all risks relating to the project.
• Consolidate monthly risk and control registers and reports.
• Maintain the risk and control register for eve, risk owner so that risk owners are not burdened with documentation but can focus on managing the risks and/ or directing our contractors to manage our risks.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma. Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma. Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma. Professional Degree, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural, Engineering – Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
