Job Description:

Job Duties:
• Handle daily order processing for healthcare, beauty and pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and outstanding orders.
• Handle phone orders enquiries from both internal or external customers

Requirements:
• Working experience in order processing will be added advantage
• Customer-orientated, willingness to learn and can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A team player with positive service mindset and meticulous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Other information:
• Work location: 10 Raeburn Park (Shuttle bus pick up Outram Park MRT)
• Working hours: 8.30 – 5.30pm (Mon – Fri)
• Work Duration: 6 Months renewable Contract or convertible to full time
