Responsibilities
• General receptionist duties
• Receive guests tor events, meetings etc
• Assist in events set up
Takes care of incoming and outgoing courier services
• Takes care of pantry items, refill when necessary
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience as a Receptionist
Able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Good team plyer, fast learner
• IT-SAVVY
• Ability to start with short notice is an added advantage
