Job Description:
Our client, an A1 Main Contractor is looking for candidates for the position of Planning Manager. Projects involved are Commercial Building projects.
Responsibilities:
– Responsible for Construction Planning, Scheduling and Tracking of projects
– Coordinate with Clients and Consultants
– Coordinate with QS Section on progress claims
– Monthly Cash flow, Projection & Monitoring
– Mentor planning engineers for daily, weekly, Monthly reports
– Highlight to the Project Team any potential delay and risk
– Claim and delay analysis
Requirements:
– Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Architecture or any other relevant field
– Experience in Primavera P6 is required
