Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
– Basic network troubleshooting
– Monitor global health monitoring system to resolve alerts raised
– Provide L1 desktop support and incident management to handle reported application issues and resolution
– Responsible for creating and updating knowledge base for problem resolution and troubleshooting procedures
