To provide day-to-day support in broad-spectrum HR and Administrative functions.
To assist in consolidating timesheet and leave forms monthly.
To assist in preparing and processing payroll monthly.
Ensures timely updates of employee P-files and records in system.
To provide support for all medical & insurance claim matters.
Constantly monitor if there are any new or amendments to the Employment Act & Employment regulations.
Manage and order stationery, uniform stocks, and pantry supplies.
Data Entry, Filing, and Document Organization.
Assist in COVID related measures.
Other tasks may be assigned as necessary according to organizational needs.
Minimum 1-year experience in HR hands-on experience.
Meticulous, organized and possess interest in HR administrative works.
Must take initiative to complete task assigned.
Able to work independently with minimum amount of supervision.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Preferably candidate who can commence work immediately.
