Job Responsibilities
– Handle opticians’ request via phone and emails
– Order creation and management
– Order status tracking and respective follow up
– Track shipment status and follow-up with customers
– Handle logistics issue
– Issue credit notes for customers returned
– Create and maintain master data in SAP
– Process sample orders
– Provide support to internal departments
– Handle warranty claims
